Since launching her real estate career in 2004, Gina Martlaro Anderson has established herself as an award-winning agent and a respected leader. As Managing Broker of the Indian Wells office, she has cultivated a collaborative environment where agents are empowered to learn, grow, and excel.

Under Gina's leadership, the Indian Wells office earned the prestigious "Branch of the Year" title in 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Her strategic initiatives have consistently led to year-over-year increases in agents' Gross Commission Income (GCI).

Gina has implemented a robust support system, including a full-time Assistant Manager, Office Administrator, and Marketing Coordinator, all dedicated to helping agents surpass their individual goals.

Having called the Coachella Valley home since 1991, Gina and her husband, Shawn, enjoy attending concerts, sporting events, and relaxing at the beach.
